The theme of the 2024 edition of the Pierres Numériques trail is Free Space(s). The frontiers of infinity beckon. The very title of this group exhibition, "Espace(s) Libre(s)" (Free Space(s)), is an invitation to look deep into the folds of the cosmos, where discourses on freedom and possession combine in a vast, intriguing dance. The exhibition is part of the Pierres Numériques (Digital Stones) route. This exploration of Free Space(s) leads us to examine, in both singularity and plurality, the notions of freedom and oppression, appropriation and sharing. Each space, whether physical, metaphysical, social, or cosmic, emerges with its own concept of freedom and its own restrictive barriers.
